Latisha Brown, LMSW
Hi there! I’m Latisha Brown, a licensed therapist and domestic violence advocate in Arizona. I bring over four years of experience working with veterans, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate the challenges of trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My goal is to make a difference by being different. I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work on fostering growth, building resilience, and creating meaningful change.
I specialize in treating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My focus is on helping you embrace and get comfortable with change—whether that means overcoming fears, building healthier habits, or developing new ways to cope with life’s challenges.
Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take the steps toward greater confidence, well-being, and fulfillment. Let’s navigate this path together!
